My dedication to women’s wellness is fuelled by my journey with endometriosis, an autoimmune endocrine disorder and multiple cycles of IVF. I understand what it’s like to feel unheard, to search endlessly for answers and to navigate a healthcare system that often overlooks the full picture of women’s health. But I’ve also experienced the power of movement, holistic care and being truly supported. Through my own experience, I learned that when we work with our bodies, rather than against them, we can discover strength and a renewed sense of trust in ourselves. That’s why I’m here: to offer the compassionate, whole-person support I once needed - so you can move through every stage of womanhood with confidence, clarity and a deep connection to your body.

COMMUNITY LOVE

My doctor recommended Pilates to me after two open surgeries to remove endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibroids. With Tina, I have been working on my core stability, pelvic floor and balance. After each class, I feel the benefits of Pilates and it has helped enormously with my recovery. The classes are a good pace and enjoyable and Tina is patient, kind and positive explaining every movement clearly. Since discovering Pilates with Tina, I feel stronger and more confident.
