Escape to my light-filled home studio in the heart of Moseley, Birmingham, for a truly personalised Pilates experience. My one-to-one sessions are designed to fit your unique goals, whether you're taking your first steps into Pilates or looking to deepen your existing practice. In our session, we'll use a variety of equipment, including a reformer, ladder barrel and tower, as well as smaller props to create a programme tailored just for you. As we work through a mix of classical, dynamic and contemporary flows, I'll be right there to guide and support you, helping you move with more fluidity and control. My focus is on helping you feel and see the transformation in both your body and your mind. And because I understand that life—and parenting—can be unpredictable, babies and toddlers are always welcome. The studio is a warm and relaxed space where you can focus on your well-being, knowing your little one is right there with you. Ready to see how good your body can feel? Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment 1.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made through our website. A booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received. 1.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and online payment platforms as specified on our website. 1.3 Package Validity: Pilates packages are valid for a specified period from the date of purchase, as detailed at the time of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period and are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling 2.1 Client Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the loss of that session unless Tina Aurora Pilates is able to fill the session with another client. 2.2 Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session is not permitted, and the session will be forfeited. 2.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the loss of that session. 2.4 Studio Cancellation Policy: Tina Aurora Pilates reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. In the event that we need to cancel a session, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
